Baggage
- Carry on
Your hand baggage allowance and weight restrictions depend on the cabin in which you are traveling. Please contact your FlyMeLuxury travel agent to determine your carry on baggage allowance.
- Checked baggage
Please contact your FlyMeLuxury travel agent to determine your free checked baggage allowance, and any additional fees should you exceed it.
If your bags exceed the allowance allowed by your fare type (in number, size and/or weight), additional checked baggage charges will apply.
If your itinerary includes travel with the codeshare partner or with another airline, it’s important to know that the baggage policies of the other carrier may apply.
If you are checking a bag or have special baggage needs (e.g., pets), please make sure to leave yourself extra time to drop off your baggage and line up for security and customs ahead of this deadline to avoid missing your flight.
- Restricted / Prohibited items
While specific restrictions apply to the transport of some items, other items cannot be brought onto the plane at all.
Please refer to the links below to see what you can and can’t bring in your carry-on and checked baggage.
Please note, that rules might also vary depending on the airline you’re traveling on.

- Delayed / Damaged bags
If you can’t locate your checked baggage upon arrival, the first thing you will need to do is notify a baggage service agent of the airline with which your flight terminates. Depending on the airline, the service agent will guide you on further steps.
Reuniting you with your delayed baggage may take longer than expected when there’s more than one airline involved in the routing, including international flights, flight duration, connection times, frequency of flights and/or Customs and Immigration procedures at the connection points as well as at the destination airport.
Once the airline locates your baggage, they will ensure it reaches its destination airport. You will be contacted immediately to arrange delivery.
While you are without your belongings as a direct result of your delayed baggage, the airline in fault is responsible for reimbursing you for reasonable expenses that you have incurred for rentals or essential items. Examples of essential items may include but are not limited to clothes and toiletries or sports equipment rental. All claims must be supported by receipts.
